The apartment is organised into two main areas: a multifunctional living room and a separate bedroom, with a furniture layout designed to make the most of every square metre.

When you book Rifugio Marilleva, the price of your holiday is truly all-inclusive: no surprises on arrival, no hidden extras and all essential services already included.
Many mountain apartments advertise a basic rate and then add extra charges at check-in for utilities, bed linen, final cleaning or local tourist tax.
With Rifugio Marilleva it’s different: in the total price we quote you, you already have everything you need for a comfortable, well-organised ski holiday, without having to redo the maths at the last minute.
Free Wi‑Fi: Wi‑Fi connection included for the entire stay, ideal for remote work, sharing your ski days or keeping the kids entertained after dinner.
Covered parking: reserved covered parking space, so your car is protected from snow and ice and you can forget about it for the whole week.
Heated ski and boot locker: dedicated locker for skis and boots in a heated room conveniently close to the slopes: come back, drop your gear and you’re ready for the next day.
Energy costs: electricity, heating and hot water are already included, with no extra consumption charges to add at the end of your stay.
Final cleaning: final cleaning of the apartment is included in the price, so you can focus on your journey home rather than the end-of-stay chores (only the kitchenette and dishes are excluded, see extras below).
Bed linen and towels: bed linen and towel sets included for all guests, so you don’t need to pack sheets and towels or rent them as an extra service.
Tourist tax: the local tourist tax, which is usually paid on site and varies per person per night, is already included in the final price of your holiday
Final cleaning of kitchenette and dishes: €80. If the kitchenette and dishes are not left clean by the guest, an extra €80 will be charged for the specific final cleaning of this area. If you leave it tidy, you pay nothing: the general cleaning of the apartment is already included in the price.
Refundable security deposit at the end of your stay. On arrival, a security deposit is required and is fully refunded at the end of your holiday after the apartment has been checked. This is standard practice in holiday apartments: it only serves to cover any potential damage and, if everything is in order, it is returned to you in full without deductions

One of the real strengths of our apartment is the dedicated ski locker in a heated room, just a few metres from the first lift and about 40 metres from the apartment itself – a true luxury if you want to start your day with your skis on.
Your reserved parking space means you can arrive, park and forget about the car for the rest of your holiday.
